Shipping & delivery

Orders are not being accepted through this preview, so no production or delivery estimate is currently offered.

Before ordering opens, the checkout will show the confirmed production estimate, delivery options, destinations and charges. Production timing will start only after measurements and the design are confirmed. Delivery transit time will be shown separately, and customers will be updated if an order is delayed.

Returns & refunds

This preview does not take orders. The planned approach for made-to-order Shirae garments is to exclude change-of-mind returns, while assessing any reported problem against the confirmed design and measurements.

Nothing in a store policy removes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, the remedy depends on the problem and may include repair, replacement or refund. The final returns process and support contact will be published before checkout opens.

Privacy

When online accounts are available, registration and password sign-in are handled by Supabase Auth. Your name, email and saved measurements are stored using Supabase to provide your account and tailoring profile. Measurements entered while signed in are sent to your account when you leave a field. Guests’ designs stay in this browser; an existing browser profile is imported only after you review and confirm it. Clearing browser storage does not delete your online profile. You can edit or clear saved measurements from your account. Payments and order processing are not connected.

Before customer information is collected for orders, KQY will publish a full privacy policy and collection notice explaining what is collected, why it is needed, who handles it, how long it is kept, and how to request access or correction.

Terms & conditions

This site is a product and design preview. Prices are indicative; no order, payment or supply contract can be completed here.

Before checkout is enabled, the terms will identify the legal seller and explain order acceptance, prices, design and measurement approval, cancellations, production, delivery and complaints. They will not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Care & labelling

Care depends on the confirmed fabric, construction and any embroidery. Final care instructions will be supplied with each garment and on its care label; the available fabric combinations and instructions must be confirmed before sales open.
